Since achieving his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Michael has worked for more than 25 years in civil, structural/building construction management, project management, estimating and cost planning.

Craig Alksne

Construction Manager

Craig has over 25 years experience in the building industry, ensuring WH&S conformity across projects with a strong focus on delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Nick Riddell

Operations Manager

Nick has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, focusing on project management. He runs operations smoothly and ensures client needs are well‑managed.

Stuart Spillane

Business Systems Manager

Stuart has 25+ years diverse project experience across multi-disciplined major infrastructure works. He manages HSEQ requirements and ensures projects are delivered safely.

David Tieppo

Senior Project Manager

David has a proven track record of delivering intricate projects for multiple clients across a wide variety of sectors. His collaborative approach brings out the best on each job.

Ryan Sullivan

Senior Project Manager

Ryan has 15 years in the civil industry, with the ability to lead, plan, execute, monitor and complete a wide variety of civil projects. He has a strong track record with BluBuilt clients.

Nick Deckert

Senior Estimator

Nick focuses on early concept design, ensuring we are able to provide conforming tenders as well as provide alternative improvements, cost saving options and risk assessments.

Former Port Adelaide Football Club President, Brett grew a highly respected SA engineering company over 27 years servicing a diverse range of industries across Australia. Brett has extensive experience in corporate governance and holds a number of board positions with numerous organisations having a proven record of positive long-term outcomes.

Mark Stefanac

Advisory Board

With a career spanning over 25 years’ within the urban development and infrastructure industry, Mark has held various executive positions throughout Australia within tier one publicly listed global infrastructure firms that design, build, finance and operate infrastructure assets for various private and public sector clients.

Stephen Watts

Advisory Board

Stephen brings a wealth of over 30 years accounting experience in advising businesses of all sizes on corporate finance, general business advisory and taxation matters.
Stephen is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Matthew Richardson

Advisory Board

Matthew’s career in sports marketing and sports business has culminated in his current role as the CEO of the Port Adelaide Football Club.
He has a diverse range of skills and experiences including strategy, leadership, marketing, commercial sales and communications which he brings to the BluBuilt Advisory Board.

At BluBuilt, we know that major earthworks or heavy construction can have a significant community impact. This is why during the work phase, we treat all members of the community – from residents and commuters to retailers – like our clients too.
