For over 10 years, BluScape in collaboration with BluBuilt Construction, has established a Design and Construct team that specializes in delivering quality design and construction outcomes. The team possesses the necessary skills and expertise to work collaboratively with clients to develop holistic design solutions and execute them efficiently from start to finish.
Adopting a design and construct approach can bring significant advantages to certain projects. Our extensive construction knowledge allows us to develop designs with sound construction practices in mind. In combination with our ecological compassion and horticultural knowledge, this allows us to provide tailored environmentally conscious design options which also focus on constructability.
Throughout the life of the project (design phase, construction, and handover), clients have direct access to the Design and Construct team to collaborate and stay updated on the progress of the project. The team adheres to a design ethos that prioritizes functionality, inclusivity, sustainability, and pragmatic design solutions, while our construction management and operations team ensures constructability and quality finish are upheld, all in accordance with agreed program timelines.
Over the years, the Design and Construct team has built strong relationships with our internal construction teams.
