What do BluBuilt do?

BluBuilt is a South Australian privately owned multi-disciplined building and construction company that offers a tailored range of building, civil and engineering services. The integration of our civil and building divisions allows BluBuilt to provide a single point of contact from project inception, translating from design development, civil works and building construction through to final commissioning and handover.

Is BluBuilt a civil contractor or commerical builder?

Both – We pride ourselves on the ability to deliver your project from the ground up. BluBuilt holds a Civil Construction Licence and a Commercial Builder’s Licence (up to 10 storeys). We are members of both the Civil Contractor’s Federation and the Master Builder’s organisations and have the team with the necessary experience and ability to successfully deliver both civil and commercial building works .

Do you self perform your project works?

Yes – We have the in-house resources to self perform our work ranging from plant & machinery (excavators, loaders, water carts, compaction equipment, trucks) to experienced trades people and personnel (carpenters, operators, apprentices). This allows us to control our own destiny and provide our Clients the peace of mind that we have the ability to deliver projects on time. We also have a network of skilled and reliable subcontractors that we utilise for specialist trades ensuring every project is completed to the highest quality standards.

What design experience does BluBuilt possess?

BluBuilt employs a wide range of professional staff ranging from Civil / Structural Engineers (Bachelor of Engineering) with over 15 years design experience through to Building Construction Management degree holders with similar experience. This enables BluBuilt to develop and manage the design process from civil works through to building development including coordination of the design process and services to prevent unexpected surprises between trades during the construction stage of a project.

BluBuilt has in-house autocad and drafting expertise to enable concept design development to be co-ordinated with Architects and Engineers alike.

How did BluBuilt Constructions start?

BluBuilt was formed when a group of like minded people saw an opportunity to offer something different to the market place. BluBuilt brings together the three major facets of any construction project – Design Experience, Civil & Earthworks expertise and finally Commercial Building techniques & proficiency. This gives the flexibility to perform individual facets of a project, through to delivering a project in its entirety, a ‘one-stop shop’ service offered to our Clients.
