The new redeveloped clubroom
includes:

  • Open space function area and Bar
  • Commercial kitchen and coolrooms
  • Officials / club offices
  • Unisex Home , Away & Referees change rooms
  • General amenities
  • New car park

Challenges

  1. The project involved a large variety of external linings and different lining thicknesses. Transitioning seamlessly between these required extensive planning and precise framing.
  2. Providing temporary facilities for end users throughout the construction period was essential to maintain their operations without interruption.
  3. Coordinating and interfacing new and existing irrigation systems was critical to maintaining turf conditions during both football and cricket seasons.
  4. Facilitating communication between consultants and the end user to effectively implement electrical requirements was a significant challenge, requiring regular updates and thorough  planning.
