The School Immersion Program, a combined initiative developed by Department for Education, Department for Infrastructure and Transport, Master Builders SA & CITB South Australia is a great way to provide insight into the construction industry for school students who have an interest in construction. It helps them discover career pathway options as well as the qualifications they may require.
This program assists in the development of the next generation of the construction industry workforce. This work placement initiative may also assist in battling skilled trade shortages.
The Yorke Peninsula Country Times recently posted an article about the benefits of this program at the Kadina Memorial School Redevelopment project that BluBuilt are involved in with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport & Department for Education. The article has been posted below.
BluBuilt Constructions are proud to have been involved in this great program across multiple school projects over the last 12 months.
