Construction of a new waste and recycling depot for the Alexandrina Council in the coastal town of Goolwa, including:

• A 220m² waste transfer station with integral loading ‘tunnel’ and push-up walls to the perimeter
• An 216m² mechanical workshop with service pit, overhead crane, and services fitout
• FRWA office facility (brick veneer) interfacing with the new weighbridge
• Extensive underground stormwater infrastructure including detention, pits and pipework
• Ancillary roadworks package including electrical, security and water feeds to the site
• Bulk earthworks and platform construction
• Stormwater infrastructure
• Structural steelwork, and roofing and cladding
• Piling works
• Structural concrete works
• Conventional building and fitout works
• Pavements.

Completion of the works were critical for council and we delivered the project on time through an efficient methodology.
