Construction of new amenities to improve user experience including:

• New changerooms
• Two new carparks with formalised parking spaces
• Tennis court reconstruction
• Oval extension and new irrigation
• Solar lighting
• Reserve including bike track
• Improved spectator amenities including seating
• Landscaping works including playground construction.

The project was undertaken across multiple workfronts, including the changeroom building, oval, and tennis courts, carpark. As such, programming and resourcing were critical.
