Construction of a new, two storey facility, including clubrooms and function area for the Modbury Football and Cricket Clubs.

The works included:

• Demolition of the existing clubrooms, changerooms, and surrounding infrastructure
• Building foundations works, including bulk cut and fill earthworks
• Stepped ground floor concrete slab and suspended first floor slab
• Construction of new superstructure comprising various cladding, including blockwork and light weight metal cladding
• New services including vertical transport, electrical, mechanical and hydraulics, and security
• Landscaping works.
