We were engaged to deliver the Rostrevor College project, which involved construction of multiple new learning areas, reception, store, and amenities. The project comprised construction of eight general learning areas, OHSC and music rooms, student amenities, offices, PE storage area, breakout spaces, wet areas, and external hard and soft landscaping.

The project was undertaken within an operational school across multiple areas, which required extensive planning and staging to ensure the safety of staff and students. All workers also had to have a current working with children clearance. Any obtrusive works and particularly noisy scopes were programmed to be undertaken during the school holiday periods to minimise risk and maximise productivity.
