The project was a two stage, 3,500m² Biosecurity and site loading facility, jointly funded by the State and Federal Governments. Stage 1 involved procurement of long-lead items such as refrigeration plant, loading dock platforms, electrical switchboards, and specialty doors. It also comprised construction of new coolrooms and a loading area with associated services and plant for the client’s operations to move prior to starting Stage 2.

Stage 2 comprised construction of a new office for loading operations, 1,100m² coolroom, four fumigation rooms with specialty racking, a 3-bay depressed loading dock, 3-bay loading shelter, and associated civil works to complete roads.
