BluBuilt was engaged to deliver Unley’s newest medical centre. Constructed over three levels, including a basement, the build provided 1500m² of usable floor space and 43 carpark spaces, and will service the local area for years to come.

• 265 concrete bored piers
• Shotcreting
• Inground services, including basement stormwater and sewer detention and pumping stations
• Foundations, concrete columns and suspended slab
• Structural steel construction
• Custom precast concrete panels
• Aluminium window and doors
• Vertical transport
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic services
• Structural steel stairs and feature linings.

This project provided many challenges. The building was designed boundary to boundary, with neighbouring properties designed the same way. The site’s location on a main thoroughfare from the city made programming deliveries a complex activity, which required indepth traffic management. The site also had high voltage electrical cables out the front, which provided another level of risk.
